Mona A. Parikh, Esq.
Mona A. Parikh is the founder and managing partner of Parikh Law LLC. Before establishing the firm, she was a bankruptcy and insolvency attorney with a prominent national firm in their Wilmington, Delaware office. Prior to that, she practiced corporate bankruptcy and restructuring and corporate, commercial and civil litigation with two mid-sized firms in Wilmington, Delaware. Ms. Parikh’s experience includes serving as lead and local counsel to chapter 11 debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors, secured and unsecured creditors, liquidating trustees, indenture trustees and bondholders, and asset purchasers.
Ms. Parikh began her legal career as a law clerk to six Judges in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas of the State of Delaware. Ms. Parikh then served as the swing law clerk for the Honorable Kevin J. Carey and the Honorable Christopher S. Sontchi during the first half of her clerkship with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. She spent the second half of her federal clerkship as the sole law clerk to the Honorable Kevin Gross.
Ms. Parikh received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware.
She serves on the executive board of the South Asian Bar Association of Delaware and is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, the Delaware Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
